Policy Update
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, however as of April 24th, Beleza will no longer be accepting personal checks. We will however continue to accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you have any questions please feel free to speak with Jamie (manager) or Kathy (owner).
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that our time is as valuable as yours, and “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our technicians with empty appointment times as well as resulting in other guests not being able to get in for appointments. Because of this, we ask that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.
We understand that situations come up which may prevent you from making an appointment even though you had good intentions to be here, therefore, with the discretion of management, if repeated last minute cancellations or “no-shows” occur, you will be asked to follow the policy below.
Less than 24 hour notice: 50% of the service price will be charged
Failure to show for appointment: 100% of the service price will be charged
